I found some pretty fabric in Hobby Lobby the other day that reminded me of spring and I thought it would be perfect for new pillows in my front room. So I made some pillow covers using this tutorial yesterday. Here they are sitting pretty in their new home.
This is the first room that you see once you enter the front door. This half is our sitting area while my hubby has his office on the other side of the room. I just love new pillows, don't you? To me these pillows have a great mix pink, green, white, with a bit of blue, purple, orange, and mustard. Perfect for springtime!

I usually make my pillow covers to recover any old pillows that I'm tired of. I think it's much cheaper than buying pillows every time I'm ready for a chance (which is pretty often!). Pillows are an easy way to update a room to make it feel fresh again.
