Weekend Progress

As promised, here is the next update on the big patio project. We were able to get the 2 large rectangular areas done Friday afternoon right before the rain hit. Here is what we have left to lay - the circular walkway!

This walkway will require lots of cuts so we're keeping our fingers crossed that it won't take too long to finish. The downpour of rain put us behind by a few days as it has been way too wet, muddy, and cold to get outside to do any work. We didn't get the pavers sealed in time and that means that the sand underneath several pavers is extremely wet and squishy making the pavers sink down when you step on them. Ugggg!  Keeping our fingers crossed that they will dry out in a reasonable amount of time so we can get this project DONE!
